If a flex licensed customer fails to unlink at the scheduled time at the end of the month, it will reset the next unlink date to be the next end of the month. Partner Dashboard: A flex licensed customer that is scheduled to be unlinked at the end of the month does not get removed. Logging in directly to the Central Dashboard will allow the TAC dashboard to load in the interim of this being resolved, The page will show ‘No Results’ along with 0% in the detection header widget. Sophos Engineering are aware of an issue where Administrators for either the Partner (PDB) or Enterprise (EDB) Dashboards will not see their customer/sub-estates(CDB) ‘Threat Analysis Dashboard' (TAC) page load. Enterprise and Partner Dashboard administrators are not able to load a customer/sub-estates 'Threat Analysis Dashboard'
